Hi all,
I was hoping to find a command to drop the elevation of my whole surface .03 hundredths. what happened is that we used a company to fly an area an create a surface an dgn file for us an they used GEOID 12B now im being asked to drop the whole elevation to accommodate for GEOID 18. is there any way to accomplish this?
You can transform a surface and give it a delta Z value only with X and Y being a zero delta,

You can also the Delta Terrain function to do this (assuming you are using ORD or OpenRoads SS3/SS4)
