When we place guardrail, either with templates or in plan view with the correct feature definitions, they accurately show up in location in the 3-D model. They also appear in the cross-section viewer accurately. However, they do not show in the cross sections when printed by named boundaries. Does anyone know a fix for this or are we going about this the wrong way?

For printed cross sections your barrier points must have a cross section annotation group applied.
Here's a video on how to do by Kevin MacDonald. Just add the new annotation group into your DGBlib so all users have access to the new annotation group.
