I've created a handful of corridors for a roadway project. At a point, I clipped my corridors to match a bridge and since then, whenever I try to open the Corridor Objects tool it forces an Error message that forces the program to crash.
I am using InRoads SS10 on MDTA Projectwise
Do you have a sample DGN with the corridor and clipping shape you can send so we can take a look? My initial guess would be the clipping reference that was used to clip the corridor could have been corrupted or 'recreated' and the corridor is still looking for a certain object. The link to the corridor and that clip shape could now be 'stuck' or null and we are not able to resolve it.
Is the crash you are getting a 'Corridor Object no set to an instance of an object.' error message?
If we can look at the dgn, we can can look behind the scenes at the corridor through the Civil Display Browser to see if there are any unresolved issues that need to be corrected.

I have found that as models become more and more complicated, the Corridor Objects tool becomes more and more fragile.
Make sure you assign corridor references. If the software has to scan all reference files to try and find some point control object, that also creates issues.
