You will find those tools under <strong>Drawing &gt; Utilities &gt; Geographic</strong>.</p> <p>After they both have the correct coordinate systems defined, you then can attach one as a reference to the other. When both the active file and attachment have a defined GCS, the Geographic orientation options are available. Choose the Reprojected option.
