I am trying to create Plan/Profile sheets in ORD and It seems to me that my Sheet index within explorer isn't functioning properly. Once I create the said named boundaries, I try to drag the models into my sheet index to edit but nothing happens.
I also noticed that I'm missing quite a few Icons within the sheet index and I'm assuming this has something to do with it not functioning properly:
I have right clicked over the icons and selected "show all" but it shows that all of the available Icons are showing within this workspace.
Could I get a little direction on how to go about this issue?
Thanks,
Andrew
Are you aware of a way to use a template but still pick a location for the WorkSet? I like the ability to have pre-set WorkSet properties and Sheet Index folders, but the WorkSet locations are greyed out.
Yes it can contain the custom/advanced WorkSet properties. When you create a new WorkSet from a Template WorkSet all of the properties are in the new WorkSet.
I haven't tested recently, but in the past using the method I described above (remove the dgnws, set the template variable, and automatically create a new dgnws) only the Sheet Index settings and folders would be in the new dgnws, the custom WorkSet properties would not be there.

Can a WorkSet Template also contain extra WorkSet properties (in addition to the out-of-the-box ones)? They don't need to be filled in, just so that they exist for filling in after the WorkSet is created. In my office these are used to populate sheet borders.
You need to create a template dgnws file that contains your standard sheet index folders and properties.
When you run into a corrupted sheet index in the future, just remove the bad .dgnws file, then relaunch ORD and it will create a new one using your custom template.
I had the same problem.
This solution was great, but I need the same folders (Inside the sheet index) of the others projects.
Do you know how can I open the ORD and all folders created in sheet index?
Thank you.
