Hello I am working in ORD for the first time and cannot find any tools that were similar to the Cross Section Navigator tools that were available in ss10. Are there any tools that I can use to create working lines in the cross section view? We want to review the cross sections and draw in different slopes and different lengths and what not to see what works best. This was super easy to do in ss10 is this no longer an option?
Not anymore. It's all model-based, and they've basically removed all options for any hand-editing.
There is a thread that discusses this, and offers a few workarounds. None of them ideal, but they can get you something to work with: https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/f/geopak-inroads-mx-openroads-forum/155757/creating-cross-sections-in-openroads-designer

Hi Chris,
You can generate your cross sections and add whatever you need in the Cross section Drawing or Sheet models using the CAD tools, etc. Theres nothing stopping you annotating and adding CAD info to any of the sections, its just harder to manually edit cross section model data due to the new dynamic modeling workflows.

So we have to manually calculate all the slopes and double everything in the vertical direction because of the exaggeration? This is quite a step back from ss10
depends if you have generated the cross sections with exaggeration or not. But yes
