Every time I open ORD I have to recereate the way my Interface looks. even though I have been able to save the settings once or twice it doesn't last. It gets really annoying especially the fact that it won't open two windows or that my tools are all over the place and have to rearrange them every time I open the program anyone has any suggestions on fixing this open roads disaster? That sounds as if ORD is having trouble writing to your user resource files. Are you sure all those are in a writable location?

In ORD select File > Settings > Configuration > About Configuration
The dialog will display showing where ORD is storing your user preferences:
The default location is C:\users\<username>\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\10.0.0\prefs\
The C:\users\<username>\AppData\Local folder is the default Windows location for storing every application's personal settings and is defined by the Windows environment variable LOCALAPPDATA
