Existing Ground Level of Edge of Pavement in Profile

The following video should help. You would create a feature at the required offset, and have the profile taken from the existing ground.

Thanks for Replying , but how to project EGL profile of EOP in PCL profile view? 

Although I solved  it yesterday by "project pfofile to element" command. But still have some confusion about which feature definition should be suitable for left and right ground profile.

I was selecting E_Terrain_Bottom Back & Front but colour for both feature definition is same.

The feature definition used does not matter - pick whatever one suits your needs. If the colour is wrong, change the Feature Symbology. There is nothing 'correct' about that - you decide what you want to use.
