Is ORD's Drainage Layout Catchment tool able to scan a catchment for elements drawn with certain symbology to automatically determine a composite C factor? GEOPAK Drainage did this quite well. I can't find any discussion of this in the help or in this forum.
We have an enhancement request in on this. The enhancement number is 936599. It is currently with development but I do not have a target release as of today.

I have been told that all of the legacy drainage tools are available in ORD at this point. Are they simply incomplete?Is it an "enhancement" to request original functionality to actually function?
