The Tasks List in the Task Window Dialog Box is Empty

It seems fine at the physical computer (I was using it earlier today), but when I use Bentley InRoads Suite SS4 (MicroStation SS4) through a remote connection, the top of the Tasks dialog box is bigger yet empty, not allowing me to change tasks with a task list.  I am able to change tasks if I change the Tasks window to a toolbar.  I'm asking specifically about the dialog box tools.

I think this is just a graphical glitch, but I thought I'd ask in case there's a random worthy stranger who knows of a fix.  This still happens when using regular InRoads (not the suite), but appears normally using MicroStation alone.
