I created a plan and profile sheet, however I would like the plan view to be rotated 180 degrees. If I have the plan view rotated in turn I would need the Profile to display from right to left instead of left to right currently. Other than changing the direction of the station to the other direction is there a way to generate a Plan and Profile sheet to display in the opposite direction?

For now, the workaround would be once you have everything annotated, you can mirror (MicroStation mirror command) everything including your profile reference. Text will look good, and so are the annotations. But what's not nice is that you have to do this every time you touch your profile, or re-annotate it.

Is there a way to make the plan view shown rotated the other direction? I want to the plan view to be rotated 180 degrees. At the moment the stationing text is shown upside down and I want the plan view to be rotated instead of the rotating the annotation.
From the References, you could rotate the relevant reference.
You can rotate the Plan view reference within the Sheet Model, but there is no good way to flip (reverse) the profile.
In general, ORD Named Boundaries are extremely un-dynamic. It is often quicker to cut your losses and recreate sheets/named boundaries - instead of trying to find a way to manipulate them. But hey - maybe an enhancement will roll around in the next decade!

Speaking of enhancements, we have yet to get a new version of ORD this year. When will ORD 2021 R1 be coming out?
