I've been able to access Bing Maps in PowerGeopak when I'm either on the wifi or from home, but from our offices i get a message "At least one raster reference was not found". I have a valid Bing license and like i said, it only fails when connected to our LAN. I've wiresharked it and reviewed what i could but i'm not seeing the issue. Any help at all would absolutely be appreciated.
PowerGeopak SS10 V 08.11.09.918
Thats the thing, Microstation Connect works just fine and the image opens right up. Its only our PowerGeopak folks that are having the issue. The exact same file, but PG does not view the Bing Maps. Our firewall folks can't see the issue on their end.
I do no know GEOPAK - but I notice your working MicroStation is CONNECT Edition, and PG is v8i Edition i.e. old. Could that be a reason? I cannot remember is Bing Maps was 'a thing' in v8i.
Well this just makes it even weirder. I was notified by our firewall folks that they were going to log in about an hour from now to review. I'm not at the office so i logged into an older box i had for testing purposes and it opened the image just fine. Its a Windows7 box. I then asked one of our techs and had him open and the image didn't show. Same LAN only difference is he's on Windows10.
