Hi there!
I'm working with ORD Connect Version 10.09.00.91
This is my first project in ORD Connect as well as using the drainage and utilities model.
My problem is that some of my proposed pipes show up in plan view while others do not. All pipes show in conduits under Drainage and Utilities Model in project explorer. I can click on the conduit in explorer and I see the ends light up in plan view but there is no pipe shown. I have created profile runs for all networks and in profile view all of my pipes show up. It's just in plan view that some are missing.
I'm pretty sure I have the newest update but I must be doing something wrong. I had this problem early on when trying to change the name of some structure nodes using utility properties. The nodes would disappear. I've just been inserting new nodes if a name changes. This is taking a lot longer than expected.

Did you ever get this situation sorted out? There are a variety of things which could happen here, but the simplest is whether or not you have that pipe level turned off in either level manager or other level tools. We have different styles here for concrete pipes and steel pipes. Perhaps you are set up in the same manner and you have turned off the level for one, while the level for the other type is turned on? While all levels are turned on, I have never had the issue of which you are speaking, and I am just guessing as to what may be the cause.

I am now also seeing this issue on a file I upgraded from 2021 R2. Once I opened in in 2022 R1 the conduits disappeared in plan view. They still appear in profile and 3D views, and they are still in the Explorer.
