Thank you. This works great if you are looking to restart ORD, but is there a work around for resetting these command without having to restart the program. Restarting the program without deleting these preference files seems to reset the command as well.

You can do it manually as explained in the video. You can do it with more granularity by removing the XML file that saves the last used settings of the command. It is in the following folder:

%localappdata%\Bentley\OpenRailDesigner\10.0.0_1\prefs\civil_commands

Example: GEOMETRY OFFSET PLACE[Single Offset Entire Element].xml

Another way to remove all defaults is to type Run from windows search and copy/paste the following (or copy OpenRoads shortcut and change properties to add -restoredefaults):

"C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition\OpenRoadsDesigner\OpenRoadsDesigner.exe" -restoredefaults

Try clearing your preferences. That should resolve it.
