The template does not work correctly when applied superlevation. Superelevation is aplied at CA1_L and CA1_R with erratic results (see JPG).

When you have your "template1" open in the template editor, click the "Test" button down in the lower right. You will get a message that says "Warning: this template has end condition priority conflicts."
You'll need to go through each end condition cut or fill and decide which should take priority over the others. Fixing this should help things out.
