Can the Civil File Manager included with OpenRoads Designer be used to bulk process or report on files in ProjectWise? If not is their an alternative method for accomplishing this?

Annoyingly we usually export (with Locking) the DGNs to a local folder, run the utility and import back in. Very messy...
