I have been creating my own text favorites in .cel format. One of the text favorites I created is as shown below. (Station & Offset)
Is there a way to make the Delimit (Circled in red in the image above) line, between my text, Dynamic so it adjust based on the size the text?

No, that is not possible. The graphic line is fixed when you create the cell. Only the text is dynamically updated. (I am happy to be proved wrong, however.)
