When exporting ORD profiles to autocad deg format, all annotations are showing 0 % values

Not enough information in this post... You need to always state what version of ORD you are using... The early versions were quite bad at exporting a profile to DWG format. So I suspect this may be the case here that you are using an old version. The current version 2020 Release 3 update 9 works fine for me.

That is quite an old version now and I would recommend you update to the latest version. Refer post below from Mark he has done some fantastic work for the ORD community in documenting the dwg export changes at each release. Update 9 seems to be the best so far.
