I have created a hydraulic model and have been using it for a few weeks- now I am unable to extract utilities from graphics on any line I draw in the file and "Progress File" message pops up. Is there a way to get past this error without creating a new file? Using OpenRoads Connect edition 2020 Release 3 10.09.00.91
Is there any possibility you could post your dgn where we can give it a look in support? I cannot recall seeing this issue occur and I can try to reproduce the problem and troubleshoot or give it a try in a test beta of 10.10 ORD.

You may try to synchronize the utility model through Drainage and Utilities > Tools > Project Tools > Synchronize drawing.
Is this happening with multiple users or are you the only user working in the file? Didn't know if we could narrow the issue down to user specific or if the issue is truly file specific. A lot of times deleting the user prefs and temp folders helps with commands that stop working for specific users. May also be worth a try.
