&lt;p&gt;You may try&amp;nbsp;to synchronize the utility model through Drainage and Utilities &amp;gt; Tools &amp;gt; Project Tools &amp;gt; Synchronize drawing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is this happening with multiple users or are you the only user working in the file?&amp;nbsp; Didn&amp;#39;t know if we could narrow the issue down to user specific or if the issue is truly file specific.&amp;nbsp; A lot of times deleting the user prefs and temp folders helps with commands that stop working for specific users.&amp;nbsp; May also be worth a try.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
