[ORD 2021 R1] CIVIL_CROSSSECTION_NAVIGATOR_ENABLE_DRAFTING_TOOLS info?

I noticed this also Mark. I added CIVIL_CROSSSECTION_NAVIGATOR_ENABLE_DRAFTING_TOOLS = 1.  The Navigator dialog has a small arrow to expand the dialog for the added tools. The tools themselves look and operate much like those in GEOPAK XS Navigator. But you're right, there doesn't seem to be much in the ORD Help documentation for them.
