I have two drawings, one with the option to change the civil exaggeration in the view attributes and one without. I dont know how it got turned on or how to turn it off.
Unfortunately, those images are too blurry for me to see anything that might be useful.
Also, which version of the software are you using?

If you click on the image it gets clear
While I am not certain, it could have something to do with the fact that the first image shows that View 1 has "Top" orientation, while the second image shows that View 1 has "Left" orientation.
Do you have the option for exaggeration if the second file View 1 is changed to "Top"?
No that is not it. I feel like it might have something with making a quick profile at one point in my file, that might have activated the ability to exaggerate, but i cant seem to make a quick profile anymore.
The exaggeration is there when the model displayed in the view is using it. You can't manage it. Maybe there is an issue with the view where it appears if it is not a profile view. I don't see the view setup where you can change the model displayed in the view to go back to design 2D or 3D.
You can use right click or F9 to reset views.
Maybe it cant be managed but it has to be possible to turn on somehow in model space. Does anyone have ORD Release 3 that can make a quick profile in model space to see if the option to modify civil exaggeration appears after that order of operations? Having this ability makes surface clean up super easy and its something i would rather not live without. I know it can be done, since i have inadvertently done it. Maybe because these files were made with ORD3 and downgraded to ORD2 that was an option in the ORD3 file and it stuck around.
