How to turn on and off Civil exaggeration in the view attributes?

Question

I have two drawings, one with the option to change the civil exaggeration in the view attributes and one without. I dont know how it got turned on or how to turn it off.

The exaggeration is there when the model displayed in the view is using it. You can't manage it. Maybe there is an issue with the view where it appears if it is not a profile view. I don't see the view setup where you can change the model displayed in the view to go back to design 2D or 3D. 
 You can use right click or F9 to reset views.

Hi Alex, 
 I was able to recreate the same. I used Clip Volume and used sections tool. 
 
 Then Cleared the Clip Volume. The civil exaggeration was still there. Hope if it woks for you
