How to manipulate circle geometry in ORD 10.09.00.91?

Hi guys,

My collegues discovered that it's impossible to move any circles geometry without changing their radii.

1. step - draw a circle - tab geometry->hoirizontal->circle

2. step- grab the center of circle in order to move it

3. result: circle increases radius.
it seems to me that the circles are defined by 3 parameters/constrains: xy center, xy point thru, radius. I get the impression that the strongest constrain is xy point thru...

How to fix it? What's all about? I can't remember that problem occured in previous version of ORD.

Cheers,

psz

  • I'm running into this same issue. The other comment on here suggested typing in the radius after placing the circle. This does remove the holding of an edge constant; however, it doesn't actually let you move the circle. It will always just go back to its initial position. Pretty frustrating for trying to draw roundabouts. If you remove all the rules, then move, then re-rule it works. But that's just a pain
