Hi All, Hoping to have some advice on the following.
When i run through the prompts of calculating super elevation once this has completed, nothing seems to apply to my lanes, nor does anything appear in my super elevation editor or superelevation viewer
It seems to me as if something is not applying correctly here!
I have created a super elevation section (tried both by using corridor and alignment) Section seems to create fine,
Created lanes left and right (I have tried using both manual and template with no luck with calculation tool)
I have followed the Bentley training videos and subsequent you tube super elevation tutorial videos to an absolute tee with no luck with calculation tool.
I have tried different rule files including the training files, ANZ (Austroads, MRWA) with no luck with calculation tool.
I have also tried running the calculation tool once the super elevation has been applied within my Corridor file, saved this, then went back into my super elevation file and ran calculation tool - no luck.
I have referenced in Terrain, Geometry (Live Nesting 1) , Corridor (live nesting 1)
Nothing seems to work! any help would be greatly appreciated! Please feel free to clarify anything I may have not noted here!
Hi Chris,
It will not apply any super if you only have straight geometry and an additional thing is that the super editor dialog doesnt alway refresh on data import or initial calculation (you need to close ad reopen).

Hi Mark, thanks heaps for your reply, can I ask what you mean but just straight geometry ?
I have my geometry, corridor and terrain referenced in
My Curves have a radius length of about 230m from tangents
What happens if you tick "Open Editor" on the dialog and run it?
In the image above, I note all the cyan ticks in the dialog. They normally mark start and end of transitions - yet there are way too many of them for the alignment you display. Where is the alignment coming from, and can you show the horizontal report for it?
Hi Mark, The alignment is referenced from my geometry file,
Can you run a Horizontal Geometry Report on the alignment - I do not understand why there are so many ticks in the Super dialog.
I seem to be getting an error when generating this? Not sure what this mean. I will have to investigate further
Can you upload the geometry file/DGN? Use the 'Insert' option.

Thank you so much for looking into this for me Mark!
