I'm having some issues with my profile sheets. I have used a "Plan & Production" base file to create my named boundaries and created sheets off of it. I have multiple (3) alternative profiles that I would like to submit so that we can get approved for one. That being said, I only want to submit one at a time so I need to somehow create a new sheet for each individual profile. Is there a simple way to do this?
Currently when I print the PDF it shows all three profiles in my sheet and all of them have annotation attached to them - so it's a mess as you can imagine. Is there any way to separate these without redrawing them in different models?

Assign each alternative a different feature definition. You can turn individual feature definition display on or off from the ORD Standards tab of the project explorer. Alternatively, you could turn their display on or off by layer - assuming of course that the different feature definitions are displayed on different layers.
