Profile Annotation

I'm having trouble updating my profile annotation for side streets within my project. The issue I'm having is the annotation isn't showing any values and the points don't seem to show up in the right spot. It seems as if the profile reports show all of the information we need but they aren't being presented in the Plan/profile sheet as shown below:

All of the values are zero besides the elevations and the label nodes aren't attached to the beginning/ends of the vertical curves, etc. I have tried removing the element's annotation and re-annotated them and still receiving zero's and misplaced nodes.

Has anyone else ever witnessed this? If so, could I please get some direction on why this is happening and what to do to correct it?

Thanks for the response Amita. This is happening in all of the files. Even when I click on the complex profile in the .dgn none of the annotation shows up. I don't see my vertical curve lengths or anything. I may have clicked something to turn all of that annotation off and I'm not sure what it was?
