I had three dgnlib files in the workspace feature definition folder, I removed two of the files, but they are still showing up in my standards library. This is the main variable that controls which dgnlibs get loaded by the dgn in a particular workspace. Check the paths and make sure that there are no duplicates of the dgnlibs that were removed or an older version of the dgnlib you updated. If there are duplicates, then you should remove them. If there are duplicates, then that could be the reason that the update standards from library tool does not work properly for you.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
