&lt;p&gt;I have attached a DGN of a civil cell that I have built with the similar situation. The civil cell that was built only includes the drive--it does not include the retention curb. The curb and gutter gets included in the main corridor. You will have to add a constraint label to the curb and gutter template so that you can apply a parametric constraint to the corridor to modify the height.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For the retention curb, I have added some notes in the attached pdf that should help get you started.&lt;/p&gt;
