When I place the cross sections and get inroads to assign feature elevations, the EOP and Shoulder points both assign multiple elevations (same offset distance but different elevations so text overlaps and isn't legible). My template doesn't appear to have anything that should cause this, but it's happening across all sections.

What is the 9-digit version number of InRoads you're using?
Can you delete all the model annotations then re-annotate the model, this time ensuring only the points are being annotated (No segments or features)? Ensure Include features are toggled off in the segments and features folders.
I wouldn't expect to see 2 elevations populate unless the annotate model command was applied twice.

Thanks for the response Marcus. Before I found you'd response I found the issue which was I had the feature turned on as crossing and projected. I use the "Include Features" to assign x section elevations and had unknowingly turn on the projected features as well.
