Working in ORD 10.10 and want to create a new workspace. The Create new Workspace option is grayed out.
Any idea of how I can use this function?
does that happen with any of the other workspaces selected ?

There is a configuration variable which controls this particular behavior. It is perhaps the case that your system administrator or some other person has set this particular variable to exhibit the behavior you are seeing.
MS_CONFIGURATIONOPTS = DisallowCreatingWorkSpace, DisallowCreatingWorkSet
The above locks the workspace and the workset creation. Take a look at your worksets (where we have this variable defined) or your workspace(s) (a more universal option) to see if this variable is defined in these configurations.

Hi Johannes,
Having a similar issue, using v10.11. Run the application as admin but WorkSpace and WorkSet creation option still greyed out. Any ideas on how this can still be resolved?
