We have tried to open the native dgn from V8i in the OpenRoads Beta, but it appears that the data in the drainage model is not supported in OpenRoads. Is there any option for us to export/convert the model from V8i into OpenRoads?

Specifically, we are getting the error message below.
All powergeopak files have to be migrated to OpenRoads Designer in order for you to make any edits to the drainage model. Below is a video tutorial for migrating your project. Information for migrating drainage data starts at 18:50.
