Currently we're using OpenRoads 2020 R2 Update 8. The client and PennDOT are using ORD 2020 R3 Update 9. Apparently it is a good idea if both you and the client (or team member) are on the same version, usually the most recent.
The good people who handle updating software and keeping the system humming went to the usual site, but couldn't find ORD 2020 R3 Update 9. They did find ORD 2021 R1.
So the question (or questions) is: where did they put ORD 2020 R3 Update 9? Is it still available?

When they arrive to the OpenRoads Designer Downloads Page, they will need to change the Version picklist, then click Apply.
