First time posting so be gentle...
I'm learning how to create sheets and went to use the Place Named Boundary Civil Plan dialog box but it was quite simplified. Where is the problem here? Others in my office have no problem. I've deleted my prefs files and it still doesn't show. How can this be? See screenshot.

Hmmm...What version of OpenRoads are you working with? The full version number would be very helpful.
Do you know if you are using a workspace with a customized GUI? Or have you done any customizing?

Hi Mary, Thanks for the reply.
I am running OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition - 2020 Release 3 Update 9 - Version 10.09.00.91
Oh, and yes I believe we are running a customized GUI. I know we have an ODOT workflow but the problem I'm having seems to be related more to the Civil extensions of Connect Edition. (So says someone who know not what he's talking about).
I guess I'm wondering if something in the GUI is interfering with or redefining that dialog box. That looks like the plain MicroStation Named Boundary dialog, but you are obviously working in OpenRoads.
Although if everyone in your office is running the same configuration without issue, then that's not it. Hmmm.
Without knowing how your workspaces are configured, do you have any other workspace you can try, to see if that's related? Or do you have them option to run OpenRoads just from the installed defaults? You may need to ask your CAD Admin (or knowledgeable tech) to see how that might work. If the dialogs are fine in another workspace (or even another workset!) or they are fine "out of the box", that narrows down what might be going on.
Thanks MaryB! I think we're heading towards a reinstall as we also cannot duplicate nor determine how and why this is happening. Hope to have a resolution soon.
