First time posting so be gentle...
I'm learning how to create sheets and went to use the Place Named Boundary Civil Plan dialog box but it was quite simplified. Where is the problem here? Others in my office have no problem. I've deleted my prefs files and it still doesn't show. How can this be? See screenshot.

I work directly with ODOT and their Engineering Applications Support Team (EAST) and I assist in their ORD training. Have you reached out to them to see if they can't help? I have taught over 15 ORD classes for ODOT and have not seen your situation pop up before. If you are an ODOT employee, I would certainly talk to EAST first. Thanks Joe! Unfortunately we're associated with another state beginning with "O". This is Ohio DOT. Seems to be a very unique situation here.
Oh! LOL So sorry about that. I guess I just have tunnel vision when it comes to seeing that letter 'O'. Regardless of what DOT you're doing work for, I'd have to guess it's a Workspace/Workset situation, and hopefully a reinstall will clear that up for you (as I see that's what you're trying). My only other thought would be is that somehow you're not working with an OpenRoads license (only a MS one) and the ORD functionality for that tool is unavailable.
