First time posting so be gentle...
I'm learning how to create sheets and went to use the Place Named Boundary Civil Plan dialog box but it was quite simplified. Where is the problem here? Others in my office have no problem. I've deleted my prefs files and it still doesn't show. How can this be? See screenshot.

Oh! LOL So sorry about that. I guess I just have tunnel vision when it comes to seeing that letter 'O'. Regardless of what DOT you're doing work for, I'd have to guess it's a Workspace/Workset situation, and hopefully a reinstall will clear that up for you (as I see that's what you're trying). My only other thought would be is that somehow you're not working with an OpenRoads license (only a MS one) and the ORD functionality for that tool is unavailable.
Thanks Joe! Unfortunately we're associated with another state beginning with "O". This is Ohio DOT. Seems to be a very unique situation here.
Thanks MaryB! I think we're heading towards a reinstall as we also cannot duplicate nor determine how and why this is happening. Hope to have a resolution soon.
Hello Larry,
I work directly with ODOT and their Engineering Applications Support Team (EAST) and I assist in their ORD training. Have you reached out to them to see if they can't help? I have taught over 15 ORD classes for ODOT and have not seen your situation pop up before. If you are an ODOT employee, I would certainly talk to EAST first. Here is a link to the EAST website page, maybe you an find some help there:

I guess I'm wondering if something in the GUI is interfering with or redefining that dialog box. That looks like the plain MicroStation Named Boundary dialog, but you are obviously working in OpenRoads.
Although if everyone in your office is running the same configuration without issue, then that's not it. Hmmm.
Without knowing how your workspaces are configured, do you have any other workspace you can try, to see if that's related? Or do you have them option to run OpenRoads just from the installed defaults? You may need to ask your CAD Admin (or knowledgeable tech) to see how that might work. If the dialogs are fine in another workspace (or even another workset!) or they are fine "out of the box", that narrows down what might be going on.
