Transpose Element tool function

Thanks Mark. Seems odd to add the copy function to the transpose tool. Not sure I understand the logic behind this. My intention was to reverse the bearings on several property lines. I found it's fewer steps to draw a new line in the desired direction than to transpose and delete.

agree - we still need a quick "Reverse Element" tool

I ran into this today to change my stationing.  I burnt time because transpose element should not copy.  This is a poor design.
