I am aware of how I can use the project profile to element feature to make this line show up on my alignment. However, when I open the profile report for the line it will give me the elevations at random stations and intervals. I want to be able to see the elevations at every 1' interval at the start point of my choosing from the report.
It looks to be more a station base report from your reference line to the one you projected. So report between 2 linear geometries that have an active profile.
