While I am editing a horizontal geometry, I come across with the problem captured with gif below, which is inconsistent behaviour of alignment.
I am also having the same error in 2021 R1

A rule has been applied to the ahead PI , probably the deflection angle or something. ORD does this all the time. Defining misc rules on complex elements. Sometimes the "Simplify Geometry" will fix the problem and convert the alignment to a PI based definition. If not the other option is to edit the alignment in the "geometry builder editor"
