I have a file with imported survey points from a.csv file and when I try the "Drawing model Annotation" to label all my survey points I get the " unable to run Command in a Design Model. Can anyone help?

I gave up on using the Drawing models. I would have to revisit the issue but I think using drawing models I was unable to use MicroStation dimension tools. Specifically the dimension line with direction and distance would render incorrect bearings. There were other issues but cant recall them.
Also....
I'm trying to annotate survey points from a reference workflow described below:
3d design model => 3d design model
self attachment (both models in the same dgn file)
click the element annotate tool, select point, click reset to accept.....nothing happens. No labels.
Just thought I'd comment and share.

I've got the same issue. I followed these instructions to a tee and still cannot manage my annotation for survey points. learn.bentley.com/.../LinkToIndividualCourseI hate to rant, but every time I try to move forward in this transition from PIR to ORD I hit hurdles that make things difficult, I'm sure I cannot be the only one!
