I have defined a custom color table for OpenRoads Designer, and i would like to know how to make the default color table for all the files.

Go to the configuration variables and search for MS_DEFCTBL
Edit the variable and define it with the path to your custom color table file.
Once it's defined you can apply your color table in any file by going to File > Default in the Color Table dialog
