there are some surprise restrictions (many of which make sense AFTER you understand why they're there (for example: Model Annotation only looks in the model type you're in (Profile > Drawing) to list available Annotation Groups - that makes sense once you figure that out). But when you're debugging (Is it a config variable? is it a dgnlib filter? is it something buried in code?), it's a time sink. Say hi to Jan Griffin for me if you see her.

It had been a few months since I have messed around with labeler, but if memory serves, labeler is inclusive of its own text favorites; that is, the text favorites in labeler are to be found/ developed within labeler. Somehow, I feel that the other dgnlibs should be accessible, but again, a few months ago. If any folks have additional ideas, please chime in. Things move so fast with these ideas that seldom am I able to produce a concrete answer.
