I had to reboot my laptop and once it reloaded, openroads will not open at all. It acts like it is going to open then it just closes before it gets anything open. What do I need to do?

yes sir.
If all else fails, you can delete your user prefs to "reset" ORD. After you delete these files, ORD will recreate them from preference seeds.
Simply go to C:\Users\[Your login user name]\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\10.0.0\prefs\
and delete all the loose files in there (don't delete the folders).
