Model Interior Grading of Roundabout

 Hello, 
 I am trying to model the interior grassed area of a roundabout. I want to have my grading end condition coming off the back of my truck aprons to tie into themselves. What combination of constraints should I use in my template to accomplish this? Do I need to define a Target Alias for this?

 There's probably many ways you could do this. If it were me, I'd place a point in the center at the desired elevation for the grading. Then create a terrain using the back of the curb as the boundary and add the point as a spot feature in the terrain. Lastly, apply a surface template to the terrain.
