This is a new tool where you can annotate in the profile view for design purposes. The annotation was correct when I cut the sheets though.
OK. As long as the sheets are correct this sounds like more of an inconvenience than a show-stopper.
I'm running into the same issue. Man this is really unfortunate, finally upgraded to 2021 R1 and was excited to use this for review purposes. Oh well....
