I was wondering why the "Template Library Organizer" does not allow us adding/removing folders/ subfolders or removing components in the destination (Right Column) Library Template (itl) simply with right-click
I imagine that in the "Create Template" we have to do a "Save As" with the origin Template, put the new .itl as active Template and then remove components from there to have a Template Library "empty" just with folders and subfolders....

Generally the destination column is the left. Ie for dragging templates from active design file corridors into the library.
If files are required to be removed\renamed\modified, that has to be done before (or after) loading the template library organizer.
