I've been working in open roads for a while but this morning when I opened my template library I've been working in for months, all the lines/shapes displayed as white/gray while previously they displayed colored.
When I open component properties all the feature definitions I'm used to seeing are available in the feature definition drop down but for some reason none of them are displaying correctly.
I've had co-workers open the libraries and everything looks normal when they open them. So what configuration variable / preference setting / .xin file / other is not loading correctly on my end?
Nate, I have seen this before when the DGNLIB that hosts the Feature Definitions used by the template content does not contain the Levels referenced by those Feature Definitions. No sure how this would apply to your specific case unless you have recently updated a configuration and your colleagues haven't. That being said, I would start my troubleshooting by confirming that the Feature Definition DGNLIBs are the same. A second thought: we work with a number of DOTs and other organizations. In replicating the varied nature of these configurations, we are using different methods between. Often if I am switching between a mapped drive letter configuration back to my "normal" local configuration I have to start the software a couple times to get all of the configuration to read in correctly.
Not a precise solution but maybe a couple places to get started, hope it helps.
