I'm getting duplicate feature symbologies in my design files. I can delete them, and they come right back the next time I open the file, or run an "update all from dgnlib" command. Is this because there is a duplication of symbologies within my dgnlibs? Or is there a configuration variable redundancy? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
Hello Todd,
That may be due to duplication of symbology within your dgnlibs. I would suggest you file a service request and one of our product analysts will walk you through this by having a screen share session with you.

If you expand the Libraries drop-down you should be able to see all of the attached .dgnlibs. Expanding each of those .dgnlibs you should be able to see what Feature Symbologies are contained within each. You will be able to see if the Symbologies reside in more than one .dgnlib. If they are not defined in more than one you would have an issue with a config varialbe.
If you find duplicates then you can switch to one of the .dgnlibs and delete one set or adjust the config variable to ignore one of the .dgnlibs, if there are no other resources required from the .dgnlib to be ignored.

Karin,
I have multiple service requests for a problem I'm having. Requested a screen share as well, and sent files. Then nothing, no contact, no answers at all. So faith in filing a service request is out the door. This has been an on going problem for weeks with no response.
Lucas,
I apologize for that, could you please share the service request numbers to which not received the response?
