I have a storm sewer network that was created using the Civilstorm standalone version. I'd like to import the network into a blank ORD file, but I keep getting the following error "ImportNotAllowedInNonEmptyModel" when I go to IMPORT UTILITIES -> IMPORT OPENFLOWS MODEL. Assuming that's the correct workflow, am I missing something?
Jose, since this is a question about OpenRoads-specific functionality and not OpenFlows hydraulic functionality, I have moved your post to the OpenRoads forum where someone should be best able to assist.
The message seems to indicate that the project you're importing into is not empty, and that is not allowed. Are you sure it is blank/empty?
Have you followed the workflow described here? - https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/w/road_and_site_design__wiki/36499/video-import-stormcad-into-subsurface-utilities-in-openroads-designer-connect-edition

Here is a link to a video demonstrating the process with StormCAD. It should be similar.

You are seeing that error because the DGN file already contains a Drainage and Utilities project. If you want to import a complete OpenFlows hydraulic model, then the DGN must not already contain a Drainage and Utilities project - it must be created by the import. The reason for this is that everything is read from the OpenFlows hydraulic model - scenarios, alternatives, calc options - everything.
If you already have a Drainage and Utilities project in a DGN, and you want to import elements from an OpenFlows hydraulic model, then you can use the Import Drainage Submodel option instead. In this case, you select the .sqlite file, instead of the .stsw file.
Finally, the error message is a bit easier to read in the current release.
Thank you all.
