Use "version" key-in or "About MicroStation" dialog to see exact (build) version.

Update 16 can be 16.0, 16.1 or 16.2, but in general, Update 16 is enough to know you use the latest main version.

It can be crucial information. I assume FirePro comes with control software (Radeon Software), where the driver version can be checked.

Sorry, but it is completely useless. As you can see in my example above, the diag report is longer than one screen you shared (which cannot be even copied as text).

Please copy complete report and attach it as text file or insert it to your answer using Insert > Insert code tool.

Let me share my own personal experiences. Over time, I came across a variety of different glitches. These occur frequently when there is another software on the computer that uses a different version of .net framework together with the ORD. For example.net framework 4.6.1 and 4.6.2. This problem occurred when I installed the UNITY software on the computer that already has the ORD installed. Icons were disappearing for a while. Another time, I couldn't click on the model tab. I also encountered the same problem as you. However, I did not have any problems when only ORD was installed on a cleanly installed computer. This can be really annoying. It is generally more practical to use ORD with glitches instead of reinstalling the operating system on the computer.

Regards

Can I assume that you have a Dell laptop?

We had exactly the same issues with SewerGEMS:
https://communities.bentley.com/products/hydraulics___hydrology/f/haestad-hydraulics-and-hydrology-forum/224420/openflows-sewergems---graphical-glitches-caused-by-alienware-software-on-dell-pcs-resolved

The issue is created by the Alienware Command Centre. If you have AWCC, you will have to add the various OpenRoads executable files to the BlackApps.dat file.

I hope this resolves your issue!

RE: Visual Glitches on PC

How do I check which product versions I am using?
Could this be the issue
No, the specification is fine, I do not see anything not supported that can cause problem(s).
or is there something I'm missing here?
Two important information are missing:

What Bentley product versions do you use? There have been more than 20 version of MicroStation CE released, also ORD exist in several version. Do you use the latest version (MicroStation CE Update 16.2 and OpenRoads Designer 2021 Release 1)?

What graphics card do you use and what driver version is installed?

What can also help to analyze the source of the problem is to create and share (or to send to Bentley support) QVision statistics. How to do it is described in this wiki article. Be aware the variable must be set on system level (I think it does not work when set as user variable), and when MicroStation is started, you have to open 3D DGN to obtain complete information in output window.

As an example, this is such statistic from my computer:

QVision version 05.12.12 - 27.May.2021, 64-bit rel build for Windows/D3D
